And I guess I still am, but I learned that for years I’ve been interacting with them in only the most narrow and predictable ways. "I absolutely loved our time with Chris in class. Something that I noticed during this time was that I genuinely was curious as if I was a kid. Sometimes I get so hooked on a thought or emotion, but this practice was so freeing that it made it very easy to just observe. I personally love to dance, and music is very therapeutic for me so I love to implement similar things in my own life, but I loved some of the questions that Chris gave to stay curious and mindful."
