Homebody Wisdom Workshop
Join us as we explore simple but limitless ways of being in our ever-present body through the play of movement, music, emotions, sound and silence. Just like when a child plays, when our body is the guide - humor, lightness, strength, relaxation and intuitiveness naturally occurs. When we live in the body's wisdom, life flows and laughter embraces us.
Saturday, May 11
10 - 1 pm
For only 1 hour and 15 minutes, we are going to move, sweat and laugh together while playfully developing strength, flexibility, balance and groundedness to connect to ourselves, each other and our earth.
* "French sociologist Émile Durkheim introduced the above term after investigating what he originally described as a type of magic that he witnessed during religious ceremonies. Durkheim explained that collective effervescence is an experience of connection, communal emotion, and a “sensation of sacredness” that happens when we are a part of something bigger than us.”
